Jade’s journey into office management began in the healthcare field, where she worked in a fast-paced dental office setting. There, she balanced front desk responsibilities with clinical support—streamlining scheduling, preparing treatment rooms, and assisting with procedures. That experience sparked her passion for creating efficient, welcoming spaces that allow professionals to focus on what they do best.

Drawing from that background, she now plays a key role in supporting the operations at Tencap, helping our advisors stay organized, focused, and client-centered. Her goal is to ensure that every person who interacts with our team feels heard, cared for, and confident in their financial journey.

Beyond the office, she lives a vibrant life with her husband—playing pickleball, hiking local trails, lifting at the gym, and unwinding with a good video game. She also volunteers with a youth group in her community, where she’s passionate about helping young people realize their worth and potential. A lifelong encourager, she strives to lead with both kindness and grit, believing that with the right mindset and support, anyone can create a life they love.

Jesse started working in financial services in 2015 with Evident Wealth Management in operations. When Evident merged with Tencap Wealth Coaching in 2019, he joined the Tencap team.

Jesse is responsible for maintaining day to day operations, processing applications, and keeping client and account information up to date.
